One of the best things about running a crowd-funding campaign is the connections you make to other people and organisations. Over the last few months, we’ve been interacting and meeting all kinds of people, online and offline, who want to help and support our project, sharing ideas and resources.
One of our very best supporters has been Edinburgh based eco-packaging company Vegware, who made an incredibly generous donation in the closing stages of our crowd-fund – and became our official sponsors for the next six months!
It’s a great business for us to be able to collaborate with, and not only because they are an ethical and green company – we are also planning on using their bio-degradable plant based tea and coffee cups as planters for our saplings, and are even hoping to commission our own ReforestNation cups using calligraphy and artwork by Simon Colley. Stay tuned for updates….
